Olindah Property Group is a boutique residential project marketing and property sales group, offering an extensive range of realestate services to residential property developers. This can include site identification, feasibility, best use studies, market research, off-the-plan sales and project marketing through to settlement.
Olindah was established by energetic directors, Nicole Riley & James Meredith. With a combined 18 years experience in the property industry they’ve been involved in over 20 successful mixed-use developments across southeast Queensland and personally transacted over $350 million of residential property. Olindah implements reliable sales and marketing strategies derived from previous roles with national and international property firms while maintaining a personal and integrity driven approach for each client.

JAMES MEREDITH
Before Olindah Property Group, James had an ADM role with local development firm BluePoint Property. His expertise ranged from the launch and sales of new projects, market research, project feasibility, liaising with consultants, design through to project delivery and handover. Previous to this, James worked with international company CBRE specialising in project sales & marketing. James has completed a double bachelors degree in business/commerce with majors in property development/real estate & finance.

NICOLE RILEY
Before co-founding Olindah Property Group, Nicole specialised in project marketing on the Gold Coast with senior sales roles for Sothebys International Realty, Knight Frank, and McGrath Projects. Nicole holds a full real estate license and is an energetic people person possessing a strong combination of tireless work ethic, compassion, understanding, and a drive to get the best outcome for every one of her clients.

JOSEPH PIMENTAL
Before Olindah Property Group, Joseph was the head of sales at Service.com.au and Autoguru, where his keen eye for identifying customers needs, ability to build and lead a team helped establish both companies as some of the top tech startups on the Gold Coast.
Looking for a new challenge, Jospeh transitioned to real estate in 2021 and specialises in project sales & and marketing, having already worked on several residential beachfront projects on the Gold Coast.
Joseph has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Operations with a Qld Real Estate Full Agent License and a cert 4 in business/property services.
